Soot removal, odor mitigation, content cleaning, pack-out services, thermal fogging. IICRC FSRT certified preferred. Experience with insurance-documented fire restoration.
Containment setup, HEPA filtration, demolition, antimicrobial treatment, clearance testing coordination. IICRC AMRT or state mold license required. Must follow ANSI/IICRC S520 protocol.
Framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim carpentry, cabinetry. Licensed GC or specialty contractor. Experience with insurance restoration rebuild projects and Xactimate scoping.
Licensed electrician for panel replacement, rewiring, code upgrades during restoration rebuilds. Florida EC license required. Experience with insurance rebuild electrical scopes.
Licensed plumber for pipe repair/replacement, fixture installation, water heater replacement during restoration rebuilds. Florida CFC license required.
