We maintain relationships with insurance carriers, property managers, plumbers, and real estate agents across Bay County and the Gulf Coast. Our marketing generates consistent inbound leads year-round, with volume spikes during storm season. Active subs get first priority on new jobs.

Subcontractor FAQs

Net-15 payment on approved work. You submit your invoice with photos of completed work, we verify against the scope, and payment is issued within 15 days. We accept invoices via email or our contractor portal. No holdbacks, no retainage on standard restoration work.
For mitigation work (water, fire, mold), IICRC certification is strongly preferred and may be required depending on the carrier. For construction trades (framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing), your state license is sufficient. We can help connect you with IICRC training if you're interested in getting certified.
It depends on your trade, availability, and quality of work. Active subs who respond quickly and deliver clean work get priority on new jobs. Volume varies seasonally β€” storm season (June–November) is the busiest period. Some of our subs work with us full-time; others take jobs as their schedule allows.
Yes. If you have employees, they must be covered by your workers' compensation policy. All crew members working in occupied homes must pass a background check. You're responsible for your crew's conduct and workmanship.
For construction trades, yes β€” bring your standard tools. For mitigation work, we can provide major equipment (extractors, dehumidifiers, air movers) from our inventory if needed. We prefer subs who own their own mitigation equipment, but it's not a dealbreaker for quality tradespeople.
Our primary service area covers Bay County, Walton County, Okaloosa County, and the 30A corridor. During hurricane response, we deploy throughout the Panhandle and beyond with our Storm Response Network. Subs willing to travel for storm work get priority on those deployments.
