Water Remediation Trainee

Job Duties:    

• On the job training of techniques and best practices of water and mold remediation
• Cleaning equipment after water and mold jobs
• Ensuring all equipment is in the designated areas
• Labeling all equipment per protocol
• Keeping trucks properly stocked ready for the next job 
• Working in warehouse cleaning, stocking and organizing 

 Additional Duties  

• Attend all mandatory meetings 
• Will be on call at certain times for after hour calls
• Responding to all after hour calls in a timely manner
• Help technicians during water calls as directed  

Skills/Characteristics Required:    

• Ability to take direction and feedback   
• Organization & planning techniques
• Some mechanical skills
• Carpentry/painting or drywall skills desirable but not required
• Ability to learn quickly

Required Qualify Factors

• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to pass drug test
• Clean driving record very helpful
